Amityville--My Sister's Keeper: A Story of Death, Deception

Post by BasketCase » Thu Sep 22, 2016 9:59 am

Anyone else see this? Thoughts?
AFTER 40 YEARS THE SECRETS ARE REVEALED ... This is the "Amityville Horror" backstory that no one knew about ... UNTIL NOW! "The truth roared from my pen when I wrote this book. The legend around the Amityville house and the story of what happened to George and Kathy Lutz has been told in countless movies, books and interviews. But the REAL story has never been told. Kathy Lutz was my sister and George Lee Lutz was my brother-in-law. This book is about the days and months that led up to those fateful 28 days that my sister and her husband spent in the hell house that became know as the "Amityville House." For anyone who wants to know the whole story of the "Amityville Horror Couple" this book is a must-read. --If you have ever lost a loved one into the darkness of the occult. --If you have ever question your own beliefs. --If you believe that there are no versions of the truth--you need to read this book. In life and in death, some choices have lasting consequences ... terrible consequences. Some, when faced with the truth may deny it, despise it, even attach it---but that doesn't change it.

Hey welcome.

I'd need to read it first - it could be up there with Jackie Barrett's effort!

I posted a question to Chris' facebook page, asking if this author is legitimately his aunt (as she claims) or just someone pretending to be a relative of the Lutzes. He hasn't responded yet. Not sure how often he is on fb...

I mentioned on another thread that I find anything about Amityville interesting however I take most things initially with a pinch of salts. At time of writing there appear to be no reviews as yet so it would be good if someone could do a review of the book in the Amazon forum and then refer the board to the link.

I have never heard of Kathi Lutz (born Kathleen Theresa Connors) whose first husband was named Sebastian Quaratino having another brother (named Micky Sexton?) aside from her brother named James/Jimmy. This guy and his book suddenly appear (only on Facebook and Amazon!) out of nowhere without a history and without warning with a (silly pseudonym) name claiming to be Kathi's (new) brother of the Connors clan, never discussed before. I must presume it is all malarchy and I am in no rush to get a copy of such a book, especially around the 40th anniversary of the (legendary) events when a flooding of the market seems to be a tactic of discrediting any belief of a haunting and attempts to dispense of all public interest. Not going to work if true because the original skepticism combined with fascination is only kept alive in its original form, in my opinion.

Does anyone else has any info on this new 'Sexton informant', or anything his book claims? It could be amusing.

Or maybe just some random person trying to make money off the upcoming movie. Looks like a "Micky Sexton" was interviewed by a radio show back in 2014, but of course there's no recording available anymore. See http://www.podcastchart.com/podcasts/da ... amityville

In some posts she uses the name Mike, in others Mickey, and in others Micky. Last name Sexton or Kroger. Wonder if anyone on this board can confirm Kathy Lutz even had a sister?
So he is a she, Kathi's (supposed) sister?! All of sudden, out of the blue, so to speak, huh?! So sudden, she still is trying out manly names here and there. After forty years?! Suddenly remembered that George Lutz was a warlock?! Malarchy, and served to us in a way, now after most directly involved have passed on, that we have little choice but to be skeptical if at all accepting (of her words as the truth with a purpose after all this time)!

Looking at the pictures does not constitute having read it.

I read the 'look inside" part.

Does she ever explain why it is that when Dan and Chris criticise George they never mention being drugged by him?

Hi all, I did find this link which might be of interest -

http://www.podcastchart.com/podcasts/da ... -or-demons

Too bad the interview contained within doesn't appear available.

PS I wonder how Chris feels about this alleged aunt stealing his thunder by publishing her own book? First Danny beats him to the punch by starring in that excellent documentary, now she does the same with her publication. It would seem the guy waited too long to tell his story, regardless of format choice.

Go to the amazon link at the beginning of the thread and click on the "look inside" for a preview. It's there along with an accusation that George drugged Kathy and the kids.
