There was a segment on Unsolved Mysteries about her, and they actually showed where she was going through the photos and found Mr. Gordy's photo.

The stories between the A Haunting Episodes and UnSolved Mysteries were different. Maybe because Heidi was only about 6 on Unsolved Mysteries and her mother was telling most of the story then.

She has been on paranormal radio shows recently as well.

She saw Mr. Gordy as a protective spirit or even as an angel. She even wrote a poem called "My friend Mr. Gordy" that is somewhere on the internet.

I have seen the discovery channel show and Heidi was a teenager when that was done. It is a creepy story regarding the black hooded figure and stuff.

Actually, the person she picked out was someone she called "Khan", (Keep your Trekkie jokes to yourselves folks, mmm'kay? :D ), but it turned out to be "Lon". A relative of one of the houses original owners who lost his arm in a machine accident.

I love this case. It's very well documented and has many verifiable sources. Bill Rohl did some good solid work with it, although I have some problems with his conclusions. This is one of those cases where it makes the ghost hunter in all of us believe.

Until the next...

I've lived here just a few months and had no idea of all the haunted houses in my area. Hamilton House is 3 blocks away from my place. I pass it twice a day and find myself looking for the "white lady"

A theatrical version of A Haunting in Georgia is suppost to come out this summer.

Unlike many families involved in famous haunting cases, the Wyrick family doesn't seem disfunctional.

Spooky. This is one I never heard of.
I wonder, does Mr. Gordy have internet access? It cracks me up when people leave messages to the deceased on Find A Grave and similar websites. It's not like dead people have iPhones and they can update their Facebook pages.

Maybe the World Wide Web goes into the next dimention or is available in heaven. If heaven can have streets of gold, then it can have internet access.

One of the people leaving Mr. Gordy lots of messages is Heidi Wyrick's mother.
