Amityville merchandise on eBay

Post by Brooke Forrester » Thu Jan 27, 2011 8:30 am

I like eBay and look up Amityville frequently to see if they have anything unique, so I thought I'd post some of the items when I see something kind of cool that someone might like as a souvenir of Amityville.:)

You can always find anything by typing in Amityville for the search. Most things are books and movies, but there are a few items from the town itself.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Original-Postcard-A ... 3f06c461e3

http://cgi.ebay.com/c1925-Map-Amityvill ... 3cabc3d59d

http://cgi.ebay.com/POSTCARD-HEAD-RIVER ... 1c144f0ac3

http://cgi.ebay.com/Amityville-NEW-Amit ... 1e60679457

http://cgi.ebay.com/8-1930-Amityville-G ... 5ad9cfa5d3

That's some of the stuff, and there's some more, I didn't list things that people are currently bidding on (since I hate being outbid myself.XD), but like I said, just type in Amityville and you can find lots of neat stuff! Also movie memoribilia.

I've gotten a couple of nice glass bottles from Amityville, a postcard and a special item from a seller from Amityville, and I just bought a postcard from the 2005 movie that has a gorgeous pic of the movie house. None of it was expensive either.

I'll also update this thread if I find anything else really unique!:)

You're welcome. :)

That happened to me with a really pretty antique card. It was from Amityville, but the seller was in Tom's River, so that was pretty neat. I had bid pretty high too. I got outbid in the last 7 seconds!

There's something rather interesting on eBay right now......I won't post the link since someone is bidding, but.....check out at least to page two! I don't know if it's authentic, but if it is, I have a feeling the bidding will go pretty high..........

Brooke, I think I know what you are talking about- I would bid like crazy for that, but I'd need some proof. Time for some research.

This is such a tough call. It takes a lot for me to believe something is authentic. The only thing that pulls me to it- it does seem to be aged a bit.

I wouldn't really want the card, even if it is authentic, it would kind of give me a creepy feeling.

Cool. When you get it, let us know what draft it is. The one I bought (from some online script place) is an early draft with many things out of order and a few things that don't appear in the final cut.

Good buy, from a great seller. I was thinking about bidding on that one.

I purchased an original Twilight Zone script from her that was filled with notes from the actor (only 2 people were in the episode), and the shooting schedule. I ended up paying a decent amount even though she misspelled 'twilight'. Bought a bunch of other scripts from her as well.

Wow, I just went to the link and noticed it was ebay.ca- that shipping price is crazy.

Oops, I missed your reply. July 7th? Ah, I just looked at my copy, and it has the same date typed on the front page.
