Christmas coming up...

Post by thecount » Tue Oct 24, 2006 3:44 am

Found an interesting detail on my old christmas cookie-jar today. There's something special about those windows, am I right?

that reminds me; are you guys in the US familiar with building gingerbread-houses? We do that here in Norway around christmas. How 'bout a Amityville gingerbreadhouse, huh? :D

Hi thecount !

Doing well man ?

That is so cool ! ! Let me tell you, that's some marketing to sale cookie jars !!

These windows are so good looking, sad they removed the ones at the 108 !

I'm going to NY in next December so I'm going to see the House for real :P

Have you already ?

Have a nice day

Thanx!

Unfortunately I haven't been to the US yet. But You can count on me visiting the neighborhood when I go! A trip would cost a small fortune, since it's me, my girlfriend and our daughter. Guess it won't happen for a few years.

I almost made it to Amityville, but I took the "Wrong Turn" on the George Washington Bridge near Manhatten and ended up in Southern New Jersey! Maybe next time i'll skip some driving and take a ferry from Bridgeport, CT. to Long Island.

A road atlas would have been nice
"We come together this morning with troubled hearts but let us understand this - through death, they have been given true life in our Lord."

"To live your life in fear of losing it is to lose the point of life."

"He who has faith has... an inward reservoir of courage, hope, confidence, calmness, and assuring trust that all will come out well - even though to the world it may appear to come out most badly."
