Found photo, 108 in 1991! During Renovation!

I was looking for a photo of the remake movie house. The back of it, in the scene when the Lutzes are fleeing the house on the boat. I seemed to, I believe, come across a photo of the house during the renovation where the quarter-round windows were replaced. Does anyone have either any information, or any photos to share?
Thanks!

Why is the house's face colored this way? It looks like garbage. Not 108's best days...

Looks almost like they stripped the old paint off before painting the house.

Thanks for sharing. I have never seen the picture before. And I agree: The house looks horrible colored this way!!!
That's what I call a real HORROR house. I think you could be right with the date. The picture must be from the late 80s early 90s (1989-1991). The early O'Neill period.

The O'Nealls never had the money to put in the house that Wilson did. One of the reasons why they sold the house was the taxes and upkeep costs.

That's just the near-natural color of the cedar shake siding. It looks like it was between paint jobs.

Must cost a fortune to live in that area...

They played one show outside the house in the 90's, they even dedicated the performance of "Evenflow" to the demon in the house that night.

Eddie Vedder is the lead singer of Pearl Jam. Didn't he offer to buy the house at one point?

$25,000 a year in Property taxes alone... insane!

Does look like Eddie Vedder! And yea....notice the garage/boat house all red! The cedar shake siding is the original like it was in the Defeo/Lutz days. It just had dark stain back then.
A lot of flies, a lot of mud...a lot of everything in there. If I were you, I'd stay out of there!
