If I remember correctly starting with 2012 - the state of NY suddenly decided parole hearing transcripts were confidential information - which means at best we'd have to get Ronnie to sign a release for us to have them. And considering we're not all about proving his innocence or padding his inmate account - that ain't gonna happen.
