I'm best friend's with Barry Scheck's third cousin twice removed, and I understand Scheck got his feet wet in copyright law. I'd tell you what he said, but then I'd have to copyright this post. :roll:

My aunt's housekeeper's second huband's eldest daughter is a dear friend of Shirley McClain. She said Shirley channeled Johnny Cochran a couple of nights ago, and Johnny says we're in the clear.

Actually I am surprised they refer to DeFeo as a serial killer considering what he committed was mass murder.

If I remember correctly, they don't call him a serial killer. I'm pretty sure they make the distinction at the start of his episode. But the TV series as a whole was titled "Serial Killers." I believe Ronnie was the only one who didn't fall into that category...
