New information on William Davidge Jr.

Post by scipio-USMC » Sun Mar 18, 2012 11:20 pm

The claim that Davidge's father was transferred to Florida and took the family with him in 1973 is false. William Sr. died in 1972.

Moreover, William Jr. was not in the same grade as Dawn he was a year behind her in high school. William Jr. attended Amityville Memorial High School from 1971-75. His diplomas was issued in 1975 thus proving he was still living in Amityville at the time of the murders. While the yearbook is not online copies of the yearbooks can be found in the library among other places. They moved to Florida in 1986, they 223 Amityville Nov 2, 1986 for $260,000.

I know Ryan is watching this page, still bragging about your research skills buddy?

Believing anything Geraldine tells you is not doing research.

Some additional information about WIlliam and Francis' mother, Inez Libraire Davidge who died January 5, 1998, from her obituaries. Though the house appears to have been kept in the family for some time Inez moved away in 1975. Her Florida Obit says she moved to Daytona Beach in 1975, her NY Times Obit says she left Amityville in 1975 (lived there for 11 years from 1954-75). This confirms she stayed there till her youngest, William, graduated High School there in 1975.

Her brother and other family still lived on long Island after she moved so she returned periodically for visits.

This would explain Frank and William going back and forth between Florida and New York.

At any rate what happened after the deaths is not really relevant what matters is whether William was still there at the time of the murders and he was. The whole story about Dawn fighting with her father in 1973-74 to go move with her boyfriend is false and was invented later by Ron for sure.

Geraldine's personal knowledge of course does not exist she just is repeating Ron's lies and no doubt adding her own extra BS to the story as well. Again this information was not hard to learn if one actually wanted to try to verify the story but verification is not what Ryan is about.

Where is his shill Gooney I wonder. The one who sais no way Ryan would put his reputaion on the line without verifying everything. Yeah like he verified Geraldine...

The 11 is obviously a typo, 1954-75 is 21 years not 11. But since someone might question it I decided to make that clear.

Newsday - Jan 7, 1998
Inez Libaire Davidge, a former resident of Amityville for 21 years, died Monday in Edgewater, Fla., after a brief illness...

Daytona Beach News-Journal - Jan 6, 1998

Mrs. Davidge was born in Brooklyn, NY, and came here from Amityville, Long Island, NY She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in New Smyrna Beach. Survivors include three sons, Robert J., Francis E. and William G., all of Edgewater; a daughter, Regina Arey, DeLand; a brother, John Libaire, Long Island…

He's a hack that's why he has "spies" on a public forum where he can post at will and has nothing to worry about regarding his posts being deleted like he does on his websites. In the meantime what doe she delete? Anyone who posts the truth.

One of his main arguments is that a fight was ongoing from 1973 forward over Dawn's desire to move to Florida to be with her boyfriend William. First of all how could he stop her from moving if she wanted to go after she graduated and was 18? The year was 1974 and the place was the US what exactly could he do, lock her in a closet so she could't go to the airport and buy a ticket?

Why would 22 year old Frank bring his 16-17 year old brother around with him to the DeFeo house anyway in 1973? He would not be hanging out with his little brother. 21 year old Frank would not bring his 15-16 year old brother over in 1972 either. Moreover, Frank wanted nothing at all to do with Ron after the 1973 incident where he pulled a gun on him and tried to shoot him again. Frank testified he was done with him, as if he would have his brother go over there after that. There is no actual evidence that WIlliam was her boyfriend at all other than the word of Ron and his friends who lied but recanted.

That is the significant point. Everyone recanted under oath including Geraldine. Ryan ignores the recantments and chooses to go with the earlier claims despite the fact he found not one shred of evidence to corroborate those claims and despite the fact were abandoned.

The available evidence supports the recanted affidavits. The available evidence clearly demonstrates Gerladine is a fraud. The evidence clearly demonstrates William was not in the same class as Dawn he graduated in 1975 in Amityville thus can't have moved until after he graduated. It was all contrived.

The next lie will be that the fight was over the fact William's family planned to move to Florida after he graduated and she wanted to go with them when they did.

Ryan will ignore that Ron/Geraldine lied about when they moved and why they moved and simply make up a new version that he can try to fit around the facts. That is the difference between following the facts and making up your own alleged facts that supports what you want to pretend happened.

In the meantime there is no doubt at all that Ryan is intentionally lying but any attempt to say his research is exhaustive is a joke because if it were then he would come up with better lies that are harder to refute.

Yeah...it really is comical how Ric, Geraldine, and Ryan all give different accounts regarding William Davidge (or "Billy" as they like to refer to him).

From TNTDD...
Geraldine Gates and Ric Osuna wrote:By 1974, Big Ronnie’s abusive tendencies were worsening. On several occasions, Frank Davidge witnessed this cruelty firsthand. According to Geraldine, after one too many incidents, Frank refused to come back into the DeFeo house. Nevertheless, Dawn and Billy still saw each other.
Geraldine Gates and Ric Osuna wrote:By the end of summer, Dawn DeFeo had begun rebelling against her parents’ wishes. She did not want to attend Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School in nearby Melville. Rather, Dawn wanted to join Billy Davidge, who had relocated to Florida with his family.
...it's clearly stated that William was still in Amityville at the start of 1974...but had moved by the end of summer of 1974.

But from this thread...

http://www.amityvillefaq.com/truthboard ... f=9&t=9182

...you can see where Geraldine stated that William had moved to Florida before the start of the 1973 school year.

But then in SH...William is shown in reenactmnent scenes until just before the murders.

BTW...here's the full Newsday obituary for Inez Davidge...

I have always thought this William Davidge story was ridiculous. If they were dating and so close that Dawn wanted to move to Florida (if that is even true) why would he stick up for Ronnie? If Ronnie killed his girlfriend, someone you would think he loved, why would he tarnish her memory by saying she got high and wanted to kill her family, etc. That makes no sense. You would think that he would be totally against Ronnie for killing the girl he was in love with.

That is a good point. For the record I think it is obvious that he was never her boyfriend. If he were her boyfriend then instead of or addition to Dawn's grilfriends he most certainly would have been called as a witness by Weber to talk about what he witnessed Ronald do. That is the same reason I knew Geraldine was a fraud even before I saw the evidence posted here about that. If she were his wife than Weber would have called her to the stand and she asserted she helped Weber so already said he knew about her. If true that he knew about her then he woudl have called her to the stand regardless of her wishes.

But as you point out if he actually loved her then he would not be lying about her to help out Ron.

We know for a fact the informaiton contained in the affidavit is a like just like the rest. The made up claim to make Ron seem nice tha the gave money to him and to Dawn just puts the icing on the cake. The guy had to borrow money for a drink the day he killed his parents for crying out loud. In fact, he admitted the reason why his father suspected him for the crime was because he usually had no money and suddenly he had enough to buy $500 worth of clothes. The crap about his spending time with Dawn at bars is bull. Her friend testified that he told them to avoid bars where they saw his car.

Moreover, we know the story of how they met is bull. Frank was 21 in 1972, and 22 in 1973 (birhday is in February) while Billy's birthday is towards the end of the year so was 15 most of 1972 and 16 most of 1973. Why would he have his 15 year old brother hanging out with him and his older friends? Especially since he knew DeFeo was unstable. He testified how Ron tried to shoot him, that he had to disarm ROn to stop him from shooting others and how Ron's mother used ot enlist his help because Ron was acting up. He didn't testify his broher was around and if he had then Weber would have called him too. Why would he bring a younger brother into that? He wouldn't, the notion Billy was dating her is nonsense and tha the brought Billy there was nonsense especially since he said that in the Spring of 1973 Ron pulled a loaded gun on him one times too many and after that he wanted nothing to do with him. He never went there again so the claim he brought his brother over in late 1973 or early 1974 is impossible.

The information posted now proves the testimony in that affidavit is impossible. It is impossible he was in Florida in 1974 and flew back on Ron's dime to attend the prom with Dawn. Only the DeFeo family has the private photos of the slain family but I bet she went to the prom with someone else and her girlfriends probably can answer with whom. I'm sure they were never consulted because they would refute this BS. Anyone who can refute the BS is always allegedly unable to be found.

Billy's school records are able to be foudn and were never consulted because then the jig would be up. Attending Amityville Memorial 1971-75 shreds the claims in the affidavit. If he lied about being in Florida and flying back for her prom on ROn's dime why believe anything in it. Moreover, the timing of being there in Amityville till the end of 1975 at least ruins the entire motive.

Why would he want to run away with her befor ehe graduated shcool and before his mom even moved to Florida? Even if she was making plans in 1974 to move there after he graduated that means things would not come to a head until they finally moved and would be apart.

At some point people have to face hat Ric Osuna and Katzenbach are not simply extremely gullible and being snowed but rather are trying to snow us as they intentionally and recklessly disregard the truth.

That they expect people to fall for this crap is a testament to their stupidiy as well as an indicaiton of how low their opinion is of others that they think others should fall for it. Their outrage routine is simply more bad acting on their part.

When they post recanted claims and affidavits without revealing they were recanted that amounts to the ultimate fraud.

Geraldine can never remember the lie she told last so that is why her story always changes plus as idiots like Ryan and Osuna encourage her that makes her get more bold and make up even more and change her claims to even earlier.

The part about Frank being fed up with him and not going to visit anymore came from his rial testimony but he said it was spring 1973 that he last went there in his testimony. She messed up the year, big shock.

Farnk also testified of previous incidents and staying over and never once mentioned his bother and would never want to place his little brother in harms way with an idiot who he knows points guns at people for nothing. Billy's birhday is towards the end of the year which is why he was a year behind Dawn in school though both born the same year. Billy was 16 most of 1972 and 17 most of 1973. He would not even want to hang out with his little brother at all let alone take him to the house of a guy who already had taken shots at him and whom he had to disarm to stop from shooting others. So the notion he took him there ever is bad enough but the claim he let his brother go there knowing how nuts Ron was is even more ridicluous. He would have warned his parents not to let him go there.

Not sure where "there" is but remember that Scipio defeated Hannibal though Ryan is no Hannibal far from it. The lies he is spreading are easy for anyone to see through and have already been solidly debunked long before I came on the scene.

Was it all that common back in 1974 for people to just fly from Florida to New York just to attend a prom? I just feel like while it is something that is done today, it seems like it would have been an expensive thing to do back then whether someone else paid for him or not.
